The International Property Awards


2010:  HAB Group is delighted to announce the Regent Village has won an award in the category of BEST RETAIL DEVELOPMENT of the International Property Awards within two fields, the highly competitive America’s property arena and best Caribbean Development.

The International Property awards, is the world’s most prestigious competition dedicated to finding the best real estate professionals across the globe. Run in association with Bloomberg Television and Google it puts leading elite companies firmly in the global limelight. This year’s judging was carried out by the International Property Awards’ esteemed panel of judges at the London offices of Bloomberg Television and includes leading world experts Luke McKend, industry head property markets of Google UK, Peter Bolton King, group chief executive of the National Federation of Property Professionals and Thijs Stoffer, International Consortium of Real Estate Agents Association (ICREA).

The Award for “Best Retail Development” was presented at a gala dinner at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, in London on the 26th November, where leading property professionals from more than 100 countries were in attendance.
